OUR VINEYARD

Rolling Hills Vineyard

Located in the Okanagan Falls wine region. It’s the place we call home for our Rolling Hills vineyard site and Bonamici Cellars. An ideal 10 acre property  with great orientation for growing high-quality grapes. 

For us, it’s all about the farming and doing the right thing to take care of the land and the vineyard. This is where quality winemaking begins.  

Since planting the vineyard in 2017 – 19 our focus has been to nourish the land and take care of  the vines to create a healthy and sustainable vineyard. With the goal of producing high quality grapes today and more importantly for the future.

Our West facing slope is planted with our white grape and lighter red varietals including Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese & Barbera. Our South facing slope is planted with our bigger reds including our Cabernet Franc, Syrah & Merlot.

We take a minimalist approach to winemaking which begins with the care and attention that we give to the vineyard with the goal of growing the highest quality grapes possible. 

We take what mother-nature has provided us and craft wines with minimal intervention that reflect the true nature and expression of the vineyard. 

As a result, we create expressive wines with bright fruit flavours and natural acidity delivering nicely balanced wines that pair perfectly with food.
