Limited Release, bold & complex red wine that reflex the true expression of the vineyard & terroir – 99% Syrah / 1% Viognier grapes – barrel aged for 16 months in French & American oak barrels. Wonderful aromas of black currant, black pepper and raspberry, with subtle notes of anise, vanilla and cocoa. Bursting with flavours on the palate – with aromas of floral, lavender, plum, black currant & white pepper notes.

Great with beef tenderloin or leg of lamb or aged hard cheeses
