Tasting Notes

100% single varietal – Cabernet Franc medium bodied red wine with aromas of blueberry, cherry and a peppery spice with hints of vanilla and cedar. Soft to medium firm tannins with bright fruit flavours of raspberry and plum with subtle notes of toffee and nice acidity on the finish.
